With many years of experience, I am able to directly treat people with problematic feet, skin, and nails. My main rule as a manicurist and podiatrist is that a person’s NAIL SHOULD BE HEALTHIER THAN BEFORE THEY CAME IN FOR TREATMENT, EVEN AFTER ALL THE MANIPULATIONS! “HEALTHY FEET = CLEAR MIND” – that’s my understanding of podiatry!

/02 CONSULTING AND BUSINESS MENTORSHIP
With a wealth of experience as a successful business owner in the beauty industry, including founding Galina’s hair and Nails school and salon in Dubai, I offer consulting and mentoring services for professional beauty business entities. Over the course of 17 years, my salon gained recognition for catering to elite clientele and international celebrities in Dubai. The salon was featured in prestigious media outlets and ranked among the top pedicure places in the UAE. Through effective marketing strategies, I facilitated client acquisition and retention, resulting in a successful sale to Wella international academy and Madi International. Drawing on my entrepreneurial journey, I provide guidance on business structuring, crisis management, and strategic development based on nearly two decades of firsthand experience.
Currently, I provide consultation to companies, executives, and organizational teams on legal, HR, managerial, financial, investment, and other issues. The main goal is to help businesses solve problems and achieve strategic objectives.

/03 SCHOOL
In the early days of my beauty career I always thrived to be the best technically and professionally,which lead me to becoming educator, ambassador and methodologists. I was grateful to be working with brands like CND and being chosen among couple of hundreds of educators by legendary Jan Arnold to conducting global brand education. I have met founders of legendary brands like OPI, Orly, Allesandro the brands that started the meaning of education and fashion for nail artists and nail technicians around the world. I have educated first batches of all nail technicians in the UAE and Middle East, name any nail chain in Dubai.
Being certified podologist and professional educational conductor, I was invited to become methodologist for Busch Gmbh- the fascinating production and factory for best rotary tools made for top dentists, jewelers, podiatrists and beauticians.
Education for me then and now is still the key factor in success of any profession. Naturally with all this demand I have founded my own school in Dubai which was active within the frames of Galinas’s hair and beauty salon.
Nowadays I still continue travelling the World and giving all my knowledge via seminars and hands-on trainings for professional podologists, podiatrists, nail technicians and salon owners. In UAE and the middle east, I teach in local schools and global brand-representative academies.
/04 CHAMPIONSHIPS DUBAI UAE
During 30 years of my professional life in UAE, I’ve had times when I had literally no place to go for education and new techniques in my profession as a nail technician or podologist. At these days there was no social media and no online access to education. One of the best solutions for me was to travel to global championships. This was the best milestone to go through professionally. Thanks to the championships category requirements, I am practised and learned way more than I could in a single educational class. My speed and precision during services in the salon increased and perfected.
Becoming an educator and distributor for the area of the Middle East, meeting salon owners, managers and their teams, I soon realized that there is a huge gap between super professionals and the rest of hair and beauty salons employees. There is almost no place to learn professional skills. Only free seminars that are provided by the brands and
its distributors. Professional schools struggle to survive as very few wish to pay for education or have no means to pay for their employees.
Therefore I decided to organise championships that once upon a time helped me elevate my skills and techniques. The championships idea was supported and hosted by PBGCC, allowing me and many international educators and judges support the hair and nails service industry to continue growing in its core professionalism. Hundreds of happy participants from Dubai, Middle East and all over the world became happy winners and trophy holders, elevating their speed, skills, techniques, and professionalism level. Growing their careers to higher levels as educators, judges, and managers.
